LiPower New Energy Holding Limited is an exempted company with limited liability incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands. We carry out our business in China primarily through LiPower New Energy (Shenzhen) Co., Limited. The Shenzhen subsidiary of the Company was established in 2019 and has over 46 employees, including more than 50% R&D professionals specializing in energy storage solutions. Approximately 80% of the company’s team possess over 10 years of work experience in Energy Storage BMS, main control boards, and inverter boards for energy storage systems. The Company’s annual revenue relating to its energy storage products would exceed US$20 million in 2026, and these products are primarily exported to oversea markets including the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, and other countries worldwide. The company is a preferred OEM/ODM partner for numerous internationally renowned brands. The Company has been awarded titles such as “National High-Tech Enterprise,” “National Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative Little Giant,” and Shenzhen’s “Postdoctoral Innovation Base.” It has also become a cooperative base for industry-university research at Tianjin University and an internship base for the Tsinghua University Shenzhen Graduate School.
